Balance and Harmony

A week in the lobby of a meditation retreat. This is the place to go when the vow of silence becomes too much and you have to talk. It’s Eslem’s first time. Tanja is a regular. Älex is here with his mum and grandpa. Not everyone gets out alive.
This is a sparkling comedy about the last things: rowan berries and cigarettes, life and death, the end of love and being accountable for your own life.

Lennart Kos studied Language Arts (Creative Writing) at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, Creative Writing for the Stage at UdK Berlin and Dramaturgy at the Ernst Busch University of Theatre Arts Berlin. He received the contemporary drama prize Internationaler Edith-und-Werner-Rieder-Preis für neue Dramatik in 2025 and is represented at the 2026 Berliner Theatertreffen festival as part of the »Mehr Drama!« series.
