Rush.of.Love
Tanzbiennale Heidelberg
We are inviting Heidelberg’s dance enthusiasts between the ages of 9 and 99 to develop a piece together with choreographer and dance educator Gaëlle Morello. In an open space for young and old to meet and move together, we focus on asking what connects the generations: how is love felt, how do body and emotions change over the course of a life? Movements emerge from personal experiences and grow together to create a shared dance.
The project premieres as a part of Tanzbiennale Heidelberg.

Join in
An important share of the work at Theater & Orchester Heidelberg will from now on be developed together with the local community. Participative formats will open the stage for people from Heidelberg and its surroundings. They bring their own stories and perspectives, turning theatre into a place for exchange and collaborative design.
For this production, we are looking for people of all ages who like movement and dance. No prior experience necessary.
An information event is taking place on 27 September 2026 in Ballettsaal (Friedrich 5).
