Winter in Schwetzingen

Two decades of Winter in Schwetzingen: the Baroque festival has been bringing joy to locals and visitors from all over Germany and Europe since 2006.

The centrepiece of the anniversary edition is »Agrippina«, an opera from the Baroque composer Georg Friedrich Händel’s Italian period that propelled him to fame at the age of 24. As usual, the programme further includes high calibre concerts and family events.
